Our Services

ALL STUDENT ATHLETE PROFILES WILL BE SENT OUT TO ALL COLLEGES IN THE STATE OF VIRGINIA THAT HOST THEIR SPORT- NO EXCEPTIONS!

A) Senior Plan – This plan is for athletes that have completed their junior year or that are currently in their senior year
  1. Create a profile (resume) for the student athlete (provided in paper and digital format)
  2. Identify the list of schools the student athlete is interested in outside of the State of VA (max 15) 
  3. Personal phone call to all VA college coaches that host their sport as well as the 15 coaches outside the State of VA 
  4. Advertisement of student athletes profile on our website located at www.athleticpromoters.com
  5. Unlimited meetings with the athlete (in person, over the phone, or through the use of social networks)  
  6. Provide the student athlete with the info necessary to make good choices in the recruiting process (in person, over the phone, or through the use of social networks) 
  7. Update the profile for the student athlete and resend to coaches if there are significant changes (depending on the sport, we'll also send out their profile to college coaches who might attend specific competitions or showcases)
  8. Meetings with the guidance counselor concerning grades and SAT/ACT testing as needed 


B) Underclassman Plan – This plan is for all athletes that are currently in the 9th through 11th grade
  1. The plan includes everything previously mentioned in the Senior Plan 
  2. Also included - profiles sent out twice a year to the college list as well as highlight video distribution when needed

 
C) Video Services - All video work will be contracted separately and costs roughly 200.00 to 300.00 per sport for a highlight film containing 4-8 minutes of footage. Athletic Promoters will send online streaming video to all college coaches on your list each time the profiles are distributed, whether we created the video or not. Hard copy CD’s are also available upon request for an additional charge.


D) Personal Visits to College Coaches – Athletic Promoters niche product! We'll make trips to colleges of your choice and actually meet with a coach on the behalf of the student athlete – pricing varies based on travel expenses (mileage, meals, and lodging) as well as personal time spent on the road. This program can be done with or without the student athlete present.
